Returns and Cancellations
We try to ensure all orders are dispatched with care however, in the unlikely event the order arrives in a damaged condition, we will exchange or refund the item once we have received the damaged item back. Contact us via email or telephone. Unfortunately we can not refund the handling/delivery charges. If you are dissatisfied with your order you are entitled to a full refund or exchange providing it is returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Please note delivery costs will not be refunded. A refund or exchange will not apply if the product has been used.
SUBSTITUTIONS/VARIATIONS
As most of our gifts are handmade they may vary in comparison to the image on the website, although we always attempt to create your gift as close as possible. At times we may have to substitute certain items but these will always be as close to the original and to the same value or higher.
